We are very pleased with our experience here. First, there is good selection with good prices. Second, the cars we looked at were in very good shape. Third, the customer service is kind and courteous. Every question we had was answered, and any concerns we had were resolved immediately. Finally, the process of buying the car was very easy. The paperwork was ready and we were in and out in no time at all. We are very pleased with the car and believe we made a great purchase. Thank you!

Samantha is hands down the most professional sales woman. Incredibly honest and dedicated to her customer satisfaction. Follow up was on point from the time I was interested in the vehicle to the point of sale. She even followed up a few days after I bought the car too see if everything was well and if I was happy. That’s dedication to the customer right there. Will send family and friends for sure. The company as a whole was great as well. They provided financing through there website and delivers the car to your door step. ? stress free living!

Traded in my old car n got a nice new ride... I did end up having an engine and indicator light on dashboard issue like a week after I pulled off the lot, but brought it back and Sam n her Manager made it right. Got my car back like 4 days later fixed up, no further issues, n would say these people are honest.

So happy with our Lexus purchase! Andrey was great to work with! He also helped us with insurance and getting a good deal. We made an appointment prior and were able to see the cars we selected online as well as browse the ones in the lot. There are lots of great options, we actually ended up selecting a different car from what we originally picked online. It’s nice to see that in the times of covid, all staff was wearing gloves and masks too.

Samantha and Sergio (sales manager) approved in an email that the vehicle we were purchasing had ".....no visible dents or marks on the exterior of the vehicle." A consumer would expect upon delivery of a vehicle a vehicle with no visible dents or marks on the exterior or as Samantha put it "perfect condition." Prior to purchase we requested a video (which was taken by Samantha - at a fast pace) and due to the fast pace we requested to have photos of dents and scratches (none were ever taken) - probably because Samantha stated "there are no visible dents or marks on the exterior of the vehicle." The video of the vehicle was located in a fenced in gravel parking lot with cars jammed up at the rear and the sides. The owner claims they went above and beyond to send multiple videos before purchase. The photos from the bill of laden showed multiple large dents and certainly visible. Sergio defaulted to the vehicle was sold "as-is' and blaming the transportation company. Did I mention the windshield had a two foot long crack? $7,000 worth of damage that they want to pin on the transportation company. When I requested for the old photos of the marketing file Sergio told me they were deleted and he didn't have them anymore. Wolf of wall street type of situation here: shred the evidence. If you want to go through the hassle of documenting everything with these guys and get the opposite of what you are sold even after documentation (use these guys) or go buy something from some honest folks. George (up the food chain) tried to weasel out of the dents and offer a windshield replacement. "David, I'm trying to help you out, man" - I'll call safeauto to your home and have the windshield replaced. "The dent looks like a watermark it's been freshly washed" "David, those dents are fresh - I'm not saying you did it" - there is integrity with George, its owners, or its family owned commitment to "pride ourselves on meeting and exceeding our customer’s high expectations on each step of the buying process. Owner claims "pricing was adjusted" - they claim they recondition the vehicles and upon requesting for proof that they reconditioned the vehicle and couldn't provide proof of recondition, they waived the $900 reconditioning fee. We have a quote of $7,000 for damages and the owner claims they went above and beyond by offering us a $200 windshield? Multiple videos? Of the car jammed up against a fence with limited access for 360 degree video. This is going "above and beyond"? Blaming it on the shipping company? If that isn't integrity, I don't know what is. We paid full asking price of the vehicle. They waived the $900 reconditioning fee because they don't actually recondition their vehicles.
