Without a doubt, BMW of Arlington gave us the best car buying experience we have ever had in the past 25 years. Once we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Edin. I cannot say enough good things about Edin, he is personable and very knowledgeable in the vehicles he sells. We came to the dealership fully prepared to spend a day looking at various cars at different dealerships. Once we mentioned the vehicle we were interested in, Edin took us to the car, explained a number of unique features of the vehicle, and we were off on a test drive. By the time we got back to the dealership, we were sold. A number of folks at BMW of Arlington helped us throughout the process to ensure we were taken care of (like Mike at finance and our BMW genius Daryl to name a few). To be successful in the car business, it takes a team of folks working behind the scenes to make sure you are taken care, the vehicle is taken care of, and to guarantee an experience that goes above and beyond anything you have experienced before. Once the paperwork was completed, we were taken to the vehicle and surprised with a reveal that included a number of the folks that had a hand in the process of getting the vehicle ready or had assisted us in some fashion throughout the process. It was truly a unique experience and something that I will not soon forget! Edin and Daryl then walked us through all the unique features of the vehicle, and we were on our way! This was truly the best car buying experience we have ever had, and I would like to say thank you to everyone involved throughout the process! If you are looking to buy a vehicle, do yourself a favor and stop by BMW of Arlington first and see what they have to offer!

Great service from Skye and the team. Went in for a simple oil change and a part replacement. They had everything ready for me including a loaner vehicle. It was really seamless from beginning to end and very transparent in terms of pricing and services. Was worth the drive from north Dallas for the level of care.

Wesley is the best tech I've ever had. He's very knowledgeable of the make and model of my car and he gives me honest feedback on what's absolutely necessary to keep my car in good condition. He doesn't just bring the list of all maintenance items that pop-up and ask, so which ones are you going to do today? He goes through the items with me, shares the mileage remaining, looks at miles driven between my last visit which gives me an idea of when it needs to be done since it's not my everyday car. But because of his integrity, if he says I need to get certain things done now or as soon as possible I know it's a priority, big bill or small bill. At the end of the day I leave confident that my car is in good shape and I had a great experience. L. Thomas-Anderson

Great service and prompt response time. I didn’t call ahead of time to set up and appointment and showed up late in the day and they worked with me and got me a loaner car while they worked on mine. My service advisor was awesome keeping me up to date with everything to do with my car. Ask for Rachelle when you go.

So... As I sit and wait for a tow truck to come pick up my wife’s X3, I have plenty of time to write this review. I insist we take our vehicles to the dealership for all routine maintenance because who better to work on it than the certified technicians right ? I take mine to Cadillac of Arlington, hers goes to BMW or Arlington. She took hers in for a scheduled oil change today, business as usual I would have thought. Fast forward a few hours and I get a call while I’m playing golf from her to vent. She said that after her oil change the check engine light came on as she drove off the lot so she turned around and took it back in. She was received by a bearded gentleman named Jeremy. Out of their conversation, she told me ultimately they didn’t check the vehicle out as to why all of a sudden it the check engine light came on and that Jeremy decided to discuss both how they loose money every time someone uses one of the BMW coupons that are sent to us in the mail and how he works on commission for whatever reason? She said she just decided to leave because she had errands to run before her work Christmas party this evening. I said I’d deal with it tomorrow just so I could get off the phone. She’s frustrated and stressed enough, nothing is going to get solved at the moment. About 45 minutes later I get a call that she’s stranded in a parking lot, it’s smoking from under her hood and she’s afraid to drive anywhere. I leave the course immediately and follow the GPS to where she dropped the pin. After she gets a good cry out, I pop the hood and see that whomever did the oil change neglected to secure the oil cap on so all the oil sprayed out as she drove around. I pull the cap off and I can see straight down inside. I don’t think the engine seized up, I don’t want to start it to find out. She didn’t mention hearing any odd noises as she was driving but we’ll see what BMW finds out. I absolutely will not just let them put oil in it and push me out the door. So she took my car to finish her stuff, an hour behind schedule. I called BMW, he was extremely polite so kudos there.. he wrote everything up but none of the people that make decisions are answering their phones. Shane Warner was the service consultant and D.Hicks was the certified Technician that did the work. Since nobody in charge there can be found, I had to call my own insurance company, pay out of pocket to get her vehicle towed back to BMW. Hopefully it gets there before they close because I’d like for them to fix my wife’s vehicle correctly tonight. Party will start late because she’s the one with the stuff they need, I won’t be there because I’m taking care of her vehicle, and we still don’t know where any of the people that make decisions at BMW are to call and help me. Update: So I had finally received multiple calls. One was her initial service advisor and the other I believe was the person over the entire service department. I canceled the tow truck and they sent a tech to fill the car up with oil, ensure it was good for him to to drive it back to the dealership while I take the dealership vehicle and go home. They wanted to check out the components to ensure there was no damage from the incident as well as fully detail the car inside and out for us. He even went as far as to want to treat us to dinner or a spa day for her but I said it wasn’t necessary. The dealership vehicle they left us with was a 2019 but somehow it’s a/c wasn’t working. Sunday it was pretty warm outside so that sucked. When her BMW was ready, I picked it up. Car looked great, kinda weird they didn’t throw out the quarts of oil that the tech from Friday night left in there though. Im told it’s all documented in the systems in case something happens in the future. Changing my rating from 1 to 4. I truly appreciate them finally trying to make it right though. Unfortunately she said she’ll be going to a BMW in Dallas from now on because she’s just too weirded out by the whole incident and the guy who ignored her/vented to her.
