This branch does not understand customer service in any sense. Jason is a racist. Toby is very miserable with life. She does not know how to keep her personal issues at home. Never smiles, no eye contact, no acknowledgement of your presence, no greeting of any kind. Zee, Ashley and Bobby are the only good people at this branch. These ladies says hello to their customers, and are very polite. As for Doug the branch manager, he needs to undergo a real management training class or seminar. He needs to understand how important customers are to the survival of any business. He could be a good guy but, he needs to shadow a more seasoned and successful branch manager.

I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was out of town at time of purchase. I admitted yes I was responsible for not being able to come and see the car. The car was listed as “run and drive, front end right side damage” When my people picked it up, the roof was caved in. The engine air filter was full of oil and on top of that. The transmission would not shift. I towed the car back here and stood my ground as to why I will not be taking it and want a refund. The big lady there looked me in the eye and said “well, buyer beware.” My question for her was how can I beware when the cars damage is completely inaccurate. She didn’t say a word. Dough the manager came out. At first we didn’t see eye to eye but I will admit he is the person to go to when dealing with things like this. He came out and told me that after looking st the accident report the car was indeed in a rollover. He admitted that they listed it wrong and I got a full refund. Over all. They don’t care what they put down. Document what you buy and always screenshot or print out the damage listing on the vehicle.
