It was a pleasure working with Alex in the service department as usual! (on Thursday, April 2nd) I appreciate his professionalism, customer service skills, and diligence in making sure that my vehicle is well cared for. Also, he even provided me with a $50 coupon this time; I didn't notice it until a few days later when I looked at my receipt/vehicle report. Alex certainly didn't have to do that but I appreciate it very much! Much like the sales department, the service department always seems knowledgeable, straightforward, flexible, and "chill"/low-key in terms of not trying to scare you into doing all sorts of maintenance you don't need. I have serviced my C250 here since 2015 for everything it has ever needed and will continue to use Mercedes of Thousand Oaks for the entire life of my Mercedes. Thank you Alex for always doing such a great job!

We just finished leasing our 3rd Mercedes-Benz at Mercedes-Benz of Thousand Oaks. It has all be managed with the exemplary help of Richard Burke. While buying or leasing a vehicle is often considered to be an unpleasant experience, Richard by virtue of his professionalism, knowledge and caring approach made it not only pleasant, but fun. He made certain that our financing was handled the way we wanted. He brought the C 300 to our house for a test drive. He then made certain the concierge service was ready to take us through all the bells and whistles of our new Mercedes-Benz. Richard is an incredible asset to the dealership..

This was my first time at this Dealership. The reason for my visit was to have my used vehicle checked (not warranty) since the battery message was on. Initially the greeting was great.... Until I met my Service advisor... Even writing this makes me feel some type of way because my car is still at the dealer. Typically you feel awful already when you know your vehicle is not under warranty because it may be an expensive repair just to literally look at the vehicle. The advisor did not ease my doubts of dealers taking advantage. He actually made it worse. Basically said "Sign here, its $189 and it gets applied to the repair once I call you." I then asked are you sure it even needs a repair and he then said "There is a light on for a reason." Then I asked, the $189 is a standard charge to check the vehicle.. He then just made me feel like he was giving a discount because he said he is supposed to charge me more... At this point I should've gone to another dealership. Instead I proceeded in getting my loaner with doubt, then met everyone else and they were definitely trying to improve my experience and actually apologized for the service advisor. Bottomline I felt as if I needed to earn this guys time and I was "less than". With the service industry going downhill I would've never imagined that Mercedes was in this category and would make sure this is not common.
