Buyer beware when dealing w used car lots like this one!!. 6 mos after purchasing a Honda CRV the head gasket warped and cost was $4,600 to fix- I should have scrapped the car. They purchase cars from auction and salvage so you will never know the truth on what history a car has from them- or for that matter any other small dealership like theirs. (car fax reports only provide a partial history on a car) I was in a desperate situation and would have been better off getting a newer car from a reputable REAL dealership..

STAY AWAY! I cannot be any more clear! I wish that I had. These guys bring disgrace to the other scam artists out there. From what I can tell, they buy complete pieces of junk from auctions. They then have their "body man" cover all of the rust with Bondo, sand and paint. If the body was the only issue you would be one of the lucky ones and have a car that runs for a couple years before it physically starts falling apart. There is no doubt that this establishment is a cash now business that doesn't care one bit about value, return customers, ethics, morals or anything else that a reputable business would care about. When I bought our vehicle I took it to my mechanic for an inspection and accepted it with the few issues it had. It has run fine with few repairs, but within 6 months the SCAM rust repair started becoming evident. A year and a half later the bottom of the car started basically falling off. I should have read the many reviews prior to doing business with them, but for some reason my mind was in a different place then. I am now trying to provide you with advice that I would give anyone that I am close to. STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! Now I just need to investigate what the attorney general can do about this type of establishment.

Bought a van got home had some major problems called back oo the shop they had me bring it back an once they couldn't repair it gave me a much better more expensive one that runs great no problems at all. I was treated very good by the employees but most of all by the owner Jay (Hugo Lot) who personally handled my situation. I'm very satisfied with my purchase an would recommend them to others.

I needed a different Vehicle, I only had a certain amount to spend. I searched for days and picked out 5 to look at from 5 different dealers, of the 5, 2 were sold before I got there, and other 2 were Not in the best shape for about the same dollar amount. The 5th one was located at North Suburban Auto Sales. A Very Friendly Salesman named Joe T. came out to help me. I told him I only Buy a certain brand and I only had so much to spend. They had 5 of the one I was looking for , in about the same price range as the other 2, I looked at from other dealers. This one I looked at was in MUCH Better shape, and drove Great ! However I was interested in the others too. Joe told me to My Face, "This one has no AC, this one was in an accident, this one is out of the price range you have to spend, this one too many miles for you" Un-Quote. He then offered "This one is really the one for you" my partner and I talked it over and agreed for the Price this one at "North Suburban" was hands down the best for the dollar amount. I went inside Joe asked me "What do you think" I said "I think I only have this much to spend" Joe responded "Oh, Mr. Zero that is a little TOO low, But let me look at some paperwork, and see what I can do" Joe came back with a Soda for me and said "I think we can make that work, I won't make much money, but I'd rather see you in this vehicle" we made a deal. However later the very same night, the battery died at O'Reilly's auto parts, in Roseville, one of the guys who worked there, Came Out To HELP Me ! So a 2nd 5 Star for "O'Reilly's" in Roseville 55113. He tested my battery and said "This battery is done, you need a new one" So I TEXTED Joe at 8:45pm and told him what happened he replied "Call me in the morning, come and and I Will BUY You A NEW Battery" I called him, I went in, Joe himself Drove ME to the Auto Parts Shop and Bought A Brand NEW Battery, and Then Installed it for me ! Now, do I think they can do this for everyone ... I don't know, but I am telling you he did this for me and my partner Jennifer (witness). Also in My Experience, it is Only The "Haters" Bother to write Any Reviews, all the "Good Experiences" seem to be taken for granted .... MrZerr0

Buyer be ware!!! There is a reason why these cars were at auction! You can't go by looks of the car, what the salesman says, and a 10 minute test drive. I even took it to a mechanic they recommend to look it over before I purchased it. That mechanic said it was mechanically sound. So of course I believed him. After the car was bought (as is, yes I know. Fool me once, but never again!) I took it to my mechanic ( I was only allowed to take the car within 15 miles of the dealership for a pre-purchase inspection) who hooked up the scanning tool because the remote start didn't work and he found out that the check engine sensor was removed! He said I would of told you to stay away from that car. The dealer's recommended mechanic didn't even hook up a scanning tool or had a clue as to why the remote start didn't work. The salesman claimed the car didn't have remote start. He said the previous owner must have bought a new key fob that had that option on it. Besides the remote start that didn't work - A headlight was out (which I found out is a pain to fix. )It took 45 minutes for my mechanic to do it. So pretty sure the dealer didn't want to fix it during their so called "inspection." The tire pressure sensor light was on. They just put a regular valve stem on the front right tire. The heated seat on the drivers side doesn't work. And right now it is at my mechanic again, for the second time. I bought it a little over a week ago! The alternator quit. Oh and the power locks don't work. Don't waste your time or money there!!!!
