Upon arriving I was met by Marcos whom made time to have all my service needs taken care of in one day, as I had expected, to come back. MARCOS met all my vehicle needs and advised me of multiple quotes to fit every need. From the start, my experience here is the worst I’ve ever had at a dealership. Since I walked in the door the vibe was off. One of the service riders was looking at us with disgust. He just made us feel uncomfortable. I told the guy that he made me feel uncomfortable and he just responded with an attitude. The service manager couldn’t address the situation either

I stopped by Riverside Nissan to replace my stolen car. My previous experience at the parts department was positive so wanted to look at this dealer first. Irvin Solis walked us around the lot carefully assessing what I wanted and what I didn’t want! Eventually found a nice Rogue and after some pros and cons I drove it home. Many thanks to Irvin for a good car buying experience.

I went to the Riverside Nissan Dealer for an oil change and recall on my car. I expected to be there for at least half a day. They completed the job in a little over an hour. The staff is very professional and courteous. I was very pleased and impressed with their service.
