I recently had my 2004 Honda Accord totaled in an accident and searched thoroughly for a replacement car for a few weeks. I have two say I couldn’t be happier with what I chose. The guys here are honest, friendly, and happy to go out of their way to be helpful to you. Jeff, Brett, and Zach were all incredibly kind to me, even chasing me out the door to hand me a blank check I had dropped on the ground unknowingly as I had left. I spent a few days thinking about the car I was thinking about purchasing for them while they gladly put in on hold for me for 48 hrs with a $50 deposit. I was able to take it for a few test drives, they offered to let me have my mechanic take a look at it while offering me other similar vehicles they had on their lot for the purposes I was looking for. This place was very low pressure, and very honest. I purchased a 2009 Scion tC from them which I currently love and couldn’t be happier with. After traveling between 5-6 different dealerships in Columbus this was by far the best lot I could find in terms of price, quality, and honesty. None of their titles are rebuilt cars and many of their inventory has detailed service records available on Carfax. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone interested in getting a reliable used car. Thanks guys!

Bought a 2008 BMW X3 here, very friendly people to work with and the held the car until the end of the week when we could get in to buy it and refunded our deposit, which surprised me, really like our SUV!!

Dealership has great prices and this was yet another purchase I made. I am happy and satisfied with the Mercedes ML despite a Rough start, smooth ending. Thanks to Zach, Eric and the rest of their crew at Village Car.

Brett is awesome! Nice group of preowned vehicles. I must add we purchased a nice GMC Terrain. The process was seamless. I couldn't be more pleased with the vehicle and the service was exceptional! Looking for a great pre-owned vehicle, this is where you need to go.

This is a 3 generation, family-owned enterprise. Zach, the owner, is very selective and chooses cars that appear to be in excellent condition. He sets price points that are very competitive, particularly for the quality of the cars he offers. He specializes in BMWs and MINI Coopers, among other "high end" cars. He employs a full-time mechanic, on-site, to ready cars for purchase. I chose a 2009 MINI Cooper. When test driving, although the car had been inspected, we heard rear-end noises. Larry, the mechanic, agreed that the sway bars needed to be replaced. At no charge, Zach replaced the sway bar links and gave me a $100 credit for a broken radio antennae and center console cover. Noises persisted and, despite selling me the car "as is", Zach agreed to replace the rear bushings, at no cost to me, about 3 weeks after I purchased the car. I highly recommend that you take your prospective "new" car to a dealership and have it test-driven and inspected by the dealership. It is worth it, even if you have to spend $150. You should also look up the Blue Book value of the car or ask your bank for how much it values the car. If any problems are found and you want to pursue purchase of the car, speak to Zach about the issues. He may offer repairs or credits. If you are securing a loan for your car purchase, for any issues not covered by Zach and The Village Car Store, and you want the car, have the repair costs added to your bank loan, to lessen the immediate impact of their costs. This was a really good experience! I love my "new" car. It runs perfectly and is a pleasure to drive. I highly recommend The Village Car Store!
